CARMEL, Ind. & FISHERS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, one of Indiana’s market share leaders for real estate transactions and sales volume, today announced the opening of new office locations for its teams in Carmel and Fishers.
The offices, situated in high-visibility commerce centers, feature progressive layouts and contemporary appointments. Work environments are bright, inviting and encourage collaboration throughout the real estate process.“Work habits and needs of our agents are evolving as quickly as the preferences of today’s busy real estate clients,” said Craig West, Indiana Realty chief operating officer. “Though agents can make calls or jump online anywhere, they still require highly functional work space to network with colleagues and meet with clients. Our new Carmel and Fishers offices deliver that space emphasizing comfort and technology.”
Indiana Realty upgraded its Lafayette office in early 2015 using similar specifications. The three projects establish a blueprint for Indiana Realty’s ongoing investment in its branch offices and its commitment to growth in the region. Modern workstations feature island-style tables with plush seating and full connectivity for devices, virtual home tours and more. Gleaming meeting space, concierge services and a well-stocked coffee bar also await clients.
“We want to engage with clients through the methods and platforms clients prefer,” West explained. “This adds more efficiency, convenience and enjoyment to the real estate process, which benefits everyone involved.”
Indiana Realty’s grand-opening events this week culminate months of research conducted by West and his staff of innovative office designs in the region and of preferences and work-flow processes of real estate professionals. The brokerage worked with local architects and design firms to bring its visions to life.
West said he chose Carmel and Fishers as they are among the brokerage’s busiest for production. “We plan to grow in Carmel, Fishers and all our markets,” he said. “To do so we will continue providing our professionals with the tools, resources and support to help them be their very best.”
