Ashlea graduated from Butler University. She spent nearly a decade honing her sales and marketing skills at Eli Lilly & Company. In 2013, Ashlea got her Real Estate license and partnered with her sister, Erika Frantz. Team Frantz has consistently finished in the top 1% of Real Estate teams in Central IN. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, use a variety of marketing strategies and keep a pulse on the most recent market conditions that will govern the selling/buying process. Ashlea grew up in Ft. Wayne, IN. She and her husband, John, have two sons, John IV (JJ) and Sam. They live in Noblesville and enjoy playing all types of sports. They attend Northview Church.
