With two decades of real estate, new home sales, and Fortune 500 executive experience, Erika blends hard working, real-world expertise with humor, insight, and compassion to assist her clients. After graduating from Butler University with a B.S. in Marketing, Erika began her homebuilding career in 2001 as a sales counselor. Erika honed her craft during the real estate downturn and moved quickly through a series of progressive sales management and executive positions for National Top Ten & Fortune 500 Homebuilder, Beazer Homes. She served as VP of Sales for the Indy Division and led her team to be the #1 Builder in the state four years in a row and repeatedly was awarded with operating the #1 Sales Team in the Company based on Net Sales and Customer Experience. Erika resides in Carmel with her husband, Ryan and their daughters. Ryan is SVP, Area Manager for Ruoff Mortgage. They enjoy community and church activities, spending time with their family and friends, and visiting the beach.
