Since beginning her real estate career in 2021, Chelsea has represented more than 180 clients and achieved over $70 million in sales volume. She is a Luxury Specialist, relocation certified, and holds the SRS, CRS, ABR, PSA, and RENE designations. Chelsea was also recognized as Relocation Rookie of the Year and is part of a team that has ranked among the top 25 medium sized teams nationally within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network for two of the last four years.

Before real estate, Chelsea built a career in education and higher education, a background that continues to shape the way she serves her clients today. She is known for breaking down complex information, communicating clearly, anticipating questions, and helping clients feel prepared at every step. Her approach blends data driven market strategy with practical advice, strong negotiation, and a thoughtful eye for presentation, design, and positioning.
As a Zionsville resident, Chelsea brings both professional market knowledge and personal connection to the communities she serves. Originally from Illinois, she has lived in several Central Indiana communities, including Zionsville, Carmel, Avon, and Danville, and has immediate family in Brownsburg. This firsthand familiarity gives her a grounded understanding of neighborhood lifestyle, school districts, commute patterns, amenities, and the emotional side of choosing where to call home.
Outside of real estate, Chelsea enjoys home design, renovation projects, local restaurants, travel, and time with her husband, Matt, and their two children.
